Version 8.5 of Deltek's Open Plan Is Coming Soon; Here Is What to Expect

On Friday, November 13th, 2020, Deltek announced the newest release of Open Plan; version 8.5.

What's New?

New Report Types

Shows you the starts or completions of activities comparing baseline to plan or actual to baseline
Time phased schedule reporting

IPMDAR Updates

The latest updates to the IPMDAR Schedule export and Microsoft Project Import/Export will help you meet compliance requirements with ease

Fix Redundant Logic Faster

With this new enhancement, you can identify and fix redundant logic within a schedule

With this new release, Open Plan 8.4 will be moving to Maintenance Support starting in December 2020 and will move to sustaining support in December 2021.

Open Plan 8.3 will move to Sustaining Support in December 2020 and will not receive a year-end update.
