An Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) can be an extremely daunting and stressful activity to prepare for. Your project execution team will be interacting jointly with the customer team to assess the realism and achievability of the project baseline, as well as identifying risks and opportunities.

Managing projects is challenging. Understanding the projects scope, managing budgets and forecasts, and delivering on time is a lot to keep up with. 

Pinnacle Senior Consultant Michael Bensussen recently authored a three-part project management blog series. Dan Firrincili, Sr. Manager, Product Marketing, and Kathy Boatwright, Sr. Director, Product Management, presented the findings for this section of the study.
