The IPMDAR Final Specification Has Been Released

Posted by Sara Marks on Thursday, April 16, 2020

On April 15, 2020 the final specification of the IPMDAR was released. The Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) contains data for measuring contract execution progress on Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition contracts.

The IPMDAR's primary purpose to the Government is to reflect current contract performance status and the forecast of future contract performance. The Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content requirements, and intended use of information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.

The IPMDAR replaces the IPMR and CPR formats previously required on contracts. Though existing contracts are not expected to be modified,
this final specification will begin appearing on RFP's and solicitations immediately.

Visit the DoD's EVM AAP website for more EVM related documents. For this revision and others, visit this webpage

The next review will be in March 2025.
