DCMA EVMS Compliance Metrics (DECM) v3.5 Released

On February 22nd, DCMA released version 3.5 to their EVMS Compliance Metrics - DECM (formerly EVAS).

Of the previous version of these 141 metrics, 45 of them have been updated and 3 were removed.

Most of these changes are minor, but are worth taking a look at. Each metric has a change log to show what has change. If you are using a tool like Encore Analytics Empower, these changes have already been updated in the latest release.

DCMA often talks about upcoming changes to the DECM metrics and solicits feedback during the NDIA IPMD quarterly meetings.
