PROJECT MANAGEMENT SCHOLARSHIP

Project Management is an ever-evolving field that must be open to innovative ideas and new ways of ensuring project success. What works today will not necessarily work in the future, so project management is always in need of new voices to help us understand the current landscape. Pinnacle is committed to promoting the future of project management by helping future project professionals, those that will help shape the evolving landscape in which we work. That’s why we’re offering a yearly scholarship to students interested in project management. If you’re a student interested in project management (project controls, scheduling, risk management, etc.), we’d love to receive an application from you!

Scholarship Amount

This year, $500 will be awarded to three students Pinnacle believes best demonstrate their dedication to the future of project management.

Who Can Apply?

This scholarship opportunity is open to current undergraduate and graduate students to apply. The applicant must currently be enrolled at an accredited college, university, or graduate school in the United States, and be able to show proof of enrollment.

How to Apply for the Scholarship

• Write an essay of 1,000 words or more answering the following questions:
  How do you think artificial intelligence will best benefit the project management industry in the next 5 years?
  What risks do you see with using artificial intelligence for project management?
• Complete and submit this form with your essay submission. Incomplete forms will be immediately disqualified.
• Provide a short biography of no more than two paragraphs. The winning applicant will have their biography published with their essay. Please feel free to include a headshot you don’t mind us sharing with your article.
• Essay submissions will be accepted from September 30th, 2023, through January 31st, 2024.
• The essay must be original. Non-original essays will be immediately disqualified.
• We will judge the essay based on thoughtfulness, creativity, and uniqueness of voice.
• The winning submission will be selected by February 28th, 2023, and the winner will be notified via email.

*Essays will be scanned with software to detect plagiarism and the use of AI writing tools. Please provide an original essay, written by you, to avoid your submission being passed over. *

Privacy Policy

The winning essays will be published on Pinnacle’s website along with a bio of each author. Except for the winning essays as stated, personal information and essay submissions will not be shared and are for internal use only.
