On December 2, 2019 the Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR), which was previously the IPMDR and, before that, the IPMR2, file format was released. 

This is a final draft and no further updates to the specification are expected.

The specifications are going through final regulatory approval however, you can access them [here](https://portal.tecolote.com/ipmdar/download.aspx). On this page you can also see a timeline of the revisions.
