Posted by Pinnacle Management Systems, Inc. on Monday, September 12, 2011

For organizations that have an existing EVMS capability and are preparing a project for an Integrated Baseline Review (IBR).

Preparing for an Integrated Baseline Review consists of three component services:
  • IBR Training – For CAMs and other project team members. Provides an overview of the typical Integrated Baseline Review process and expectations of the contractor and customer.
  • Mock Interviews – Conduct a series of “mock” IBR interviews with CAMs and provide constructive feedback to prepare them for the real thing
  • CAM Notebook Preparation – Help prepare CAM notebooks with necessary artifacts required for interviews during the Integrated Baseline Review
