Pinnacle Team Member -- Taking the MCST 70-178 Test for Microsoft Project

I took the MCST 70-178, Managing Projects exam at a Microsoft Certified testing facility, here locally in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The MCST 70-178 - Managing Projects exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and took about 2 hours. Upon arrival at the testing facility, I was informed I needed to leave all my belongings at the front desk before I started my test. For those of you preparing for a MCST I recommend you be careful when reading the questions. The exam had a few of the questions worded oddly. Just be sure to pay attention and you will be fine. Overall, the testing facility was very quiet, and comfortable.

I had extensive Microsoft Project 2010 training, mentoring, and coaching from my colleagues and I was able to pass the MCTS 70-178 – Managing Projects exam with ease. This preparation really helped me to see that Microsoft’s newest generation of scheduling tools, (Microsoft Project 2010 and Microsoft Project Server 2010) have evolved significantly. Whether you are a new scheduler or a seasoned professional I recommend preparing for and achieving the MCST 70-178 - Managing Projects and MCTS 70-177 - Microsoft Project Server 2010, Configuring certifications. Not only will you becoming an esteemed Microsoft Project Professional, I believe it will help you further your skills in developing and managing schedules with Microsoft Project 2010 in a Project Server 2010 environment.
