Contextual Training

Pinnacle has pioneered the development of contextual training in the project management space. We developed work-product oriented EPM / EVM processes and integrated them into Online Process Asset Libraries (PAL) with Work Aids and other materials to drive consistency in business practices and adoption of the system. Training and Conducting IBRs

Pinnacle has been participating and leading IBR’s with Federal Agency suppliers for a number of years. Recently we have been engaged by Federal Agencies to train their teams to perform IBR’s. Integrated Baseline Review Training allows these agencies to position themselves correctly to meet Federal EVM requirements and establish themselves as viable suppliers.

Establishing EVM Policies and Guidelines

Many Federal Agencies are still establishing EVM policies to satisfy their OMB directives. We are working with Agencies to establish policies, guidelines for their internal programs and their contractors. We have also built infrastructures to facilitate the contractors’ submissions of their EVM data to the Agencies.

EVM Contract Flowdown

EVM Contract Flowdown has become a focus for many in the Federal supplier community. We are seeing this first hand and are engaged with projects to implement EVM Contract Flowdown. Currently our projects include:

Gap Analysis and Roadmap Planning for EPM / EVM
