EcoSys Solutions Architect (USA, No Relocation Required)

EcoSys Solutions Architect 


Develop and implement client solutions utilizing EcoSys EPC software, Business Intelligence tools and related technologies. Gathering and documenting business requirements, designing information architectures, data integration mappings, and use cases to facilitate the implementation of the management solution. Develop, configure and demonstrate prototypes and communicate all aspects of the solution to the client to ensure solutions are meeting client's business needs. Contribute to the overall growth and improvement of Pinnacle's EcoSys Solution Area.

Essential Functions

  • Capture requirements for enterprise management systems, especially EcoSys EPC
  • Design information architectures and use cases and for management systems
  • Configure software, write documentation, train users and perform other system implementation tasks 
  •  Communicate engagement status, risks, opportunities and other management information to the Solution Delivery Lead and Account Lead
  • Ensure all engagement works are captured in the engagement site on Pinnacle's Intranet/knowledge base
  • Identify opportunities for Pinnacle to add additional value to clients and communicate such opportunities to the Solution Delivery Lead and Account Lead
  • Conduct technical interviews with potential consultant candidates to provide evaluation to the hiring supervisor on skills and abilities
  • Provide industry and technical recommendations, thoughts and perspective to Pinnacle Executive Leadership when requested
  • Support Pinnacle Practice Leaders with presales activities as requested
  • Maintain good relationships with our EcoSys partner while performing EcoSys client work
  • Support development and improvement of Pinnacle's delivery capability, including training and mentoring of resources, methodology development and knowledge management
  • Leverage insight and knowledge from the marketplace to support the evolution of Pinnacle's practices, services, skills and capabilities to meeting the changing market needs
  • Contribute content for corporate marketing collateral such as client case studies, social media postings and website materials


Technical Skills and Experience

  • 10 years' experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research, Engineering or related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, with officials at all levels of an organization
  • Possess an understanding of Enterprise Project Management Disciplines, including:
    • Project Performance Measurement & Analysis
    • Enterprise Project Controls
    • Project Portfolio Analysis
    • Enterprise Resource Management
    • Project Financial Management
  • Experience implementing enterprise management systems such as:
    • Oracle (Primavera, Financials, BI, Unifier)
    • Microsoft (Project, EPPM, SharePoint, PowerBI)
    • EcoSys EPC
