Current Opening: Senior EVMS consultants (USA)

Position Description: This role will be responsible for designing, developing and managing the implementation of EVMS processes and systems for Pinnacle clients.
Required Skills:
Requires proven EVMS implementation experience covering both EVMS processes and tools.
Minimum of 10-15 years experience in designing and implementing EVMS processes in the federal goverment contract arena.
Demonstrated familiarity with ANSI/EIA 748a EVMS Guidelines.
Demonstrated experience with the following disciplines:
- EVM project planning and baseline development
- Project scheduling including IMS and IMP techniques
- Risk and issue management
- Project control using Earned Value methods
- Earned value metrics and data analysis
Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following PM and EVMS tools:
- Deltek Cobra, M*PM, Open Plan and wInsight
- Primavera P3e, TeamPlay, Cost Management, Project Management
- Artemis Cost View
- Microsoft Project and Project Server
Proven track record of designing and developing EVMS process and procedure documentation as part of a compliant EVMS process. Ability to facilitate workshops to develop EVMS procedures.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Excellent written communication skills are required.
Desired Skills:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
Experience in developing or delivering EVMS-related training is highly desirable.
Experience with integrated master scheduling using Primavera and/or Microsoft Project.
Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 80% throughout the USA. Some international travel is possible.
