Software Planning and Installation

We often help our clients plan and prepare for the installation of their enterprise software solutions. In this process, we can:

• Install software, servers, databases and develop installation scripts
• Develop installation support documentation

Systems Integration

Often, as part of our enterprise implementations, we provide systems integration services to our clients.  Examples of these projects include:

• Integration of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) software such as Deltek Cobra and Primavera Cost Manager with legacy or commercial financial systems including Oracle, SAP, Deltek CostPoint and others
• Integration with material, manufacturing and procurement systems 
• Integration of Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software with time tracking or labor systems
• Schedule integration across multiple vendors including Microsoft Project, Primavera, Artemis, Open Plan and many others

Our technical staff uses the latest tools and technologies to support this integration and we often rely on our partners, such as SOALogix and forProject Technology, to develop the most effective integration approach.

Application Development

We provide custom application development to extend and enhance the capabilities provided by the standard Project Management and Earned Value Management System tools.  Our developers are experienced with the latest development tools including Visual Basic, Oracle, .NET and Java. 

We have in-depth knowlege of the development tools and integration methods provided by leading vendors such as Microsoft, Primavera, Deltek and Artemis. 

Examples of recent custom development projects include:

• Work authorization and baseline change management application built around the Primvera products
• Custom application to integrate schedules from Microsoft Project, Artemis, AMS and others into Primavera
• Web-based EVMS process library to distribute process flows, documentation and work products
• Development of a custom Control Account Plan reporting application, written in Crystal Reports, that allows users to display both baseline and performance information on selected Control Accounts
