Primavera Cost Manager is Primavera’s cost engine for Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). It is typically used in conjunction with Primavera’s scheduling engine: Primavera P6. Deltek wInsight is often added for its enhanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.
